| 咨询内容： | Dear Lawyer， I forward this email for my Polish frined and his company who are seeking for legal opinions， and we do appreciate if you can help us to answer thes questions or any advice which will be helpful! A Polish person is employed in a Polish company. The Polish company wants to send him on a delegation to China to stay there for about 330 days per year. The company has no office in China. The company has suppliers from China and want their employee to stay in China and visit the factories every time there is a delivery. This way they don’t have to buy a plane ticket from Poland to China for the employee every month. Apart from visits to the factories to inspect the products the Polish company has bought， before the products are sent to Poland， the employee is not doing any other work. Questions: 1. He is employed by a foreign company. He comes here on a 6 month business visa. He can do the business visit here in China， can he? Does the Polish employee sent | ||
