| 咨询内容： | I was hired as a corporate affairs manager directly reporting to the GM in Shanghai. However， due to the internal restructuring， the company changed my report line and job title and responsbilities etc. without formally getting my consent. Now I plan to resign， what should I do to avoid one month staying on the job? Is this a legal case? Thank you very much for your reply. | ||

| 回复内容： | 若是你自己主动提出辞职，需要提前30天书面通知单位，且没有经济补偿。公司单方面变更你的职位的话，你可以书面拒绝，要求从事原岗位，若公司以此为由解除你的劳动关系的话，你可以要求经济补偿。 | ||
